Clark (Tom Welling) discovers that Davis (Sam Witwer) is still alive and confronts Chloe (Allison Mack) about protecting him.

Oliver (Justin Hartley) discovers Jimmy (Aaron Ashmore) breaking into Chloe's apartment, but things get rapidly worse after Davis jumps from the shadows and attacks both of them.

Lois (Erica Durance) believes that she needs a big story to secure her reputation as a star reporter but the red/blue blur continues to elude her. However, after Chloe (Allison Mack) is mugged, Lois steps in to fend off one of the attackers and uses the opportunity to pretend a new superhero, Stiletto, has come to town and is giving exclusives to Lois.

Clark (Tom Welling) is concerned Lois will hurt herself pretending to be a superhero but after he is captured by thugs with kryptonite, Lois steps in to save the day.

UPDATED 3/27/09: Turns out only one Legionnaire will be showing up - Ryan Kennedy as Rokk Krinn/Cosmic Boy. Still no word yet on which Justice Leaguers will be in the episode.

UPDATED 3/24/09: It seems Ausiello was right - there may be some Legionnaires showing up in the finale as well.
- Spoilery details from an ET Online interview with Cassidy Freeman: "It is very hush-hush," the actress who plays she tells ET. "They only give you your scenes, but they won't tell you what is going on."
- Freeman confirmed to ET that the Justice League will be returning in the finale.
- As for who is dying: "They are not even telling us," she says. "They are holding off as long as they can [letting us know] who is coming back next year. The show is going into season nine. I don't know if Tess Mercer is going into season nine."
- It doesn't seem like Kara will be back after all... Laura Vandervoort is currently busy filming the pilot episode for the new ABC series V.

UPDATED 3/23/09: At least two Justice Leaguers will be returning for this episode, in addition to (of course) Clark and Oliver, who are series regulars.

Tess (Cassidy Freeman) tries to kill Davis (Sam Witwer) by blowing up his truck. However, after he escapes, she realizes she needs help to destroy him and turns to Clark (Tom Welling). Tess reveals Davis' secret childhood with the Luthors and hints that she knows Clark's true identity. Meanwhile, Davis runs to Chloe (Allison Mack) for help.
